Rota Mobile Shoulder & Elbow Exercise Wheel

The mobile Rota is a free-standing shoulder and elbow wheel on a castored, height-adjustable frame (72 to 148 cm), so you can wheel it to wherever the session is happening. It handles active exercise, passive and self-passive mobilisation, and proprioceptive work.

A handle, knob, forearm support, counterweight, elbow rest and front grip widen the range of exercises, and eight resistance settings take it from free-spinning up to 1.8 Nm. The on-wheel indicators give you a quick, repeatable read on range-of-motion recovery between sessions. It suits fracture and impingement patients, with careful, selective use in neuro rehab.
