Poliercolina makes a complete strengthening corner from a single wall fixing. Two pulley systems sit either side of a central wooden wall-bar span, and twenty 1 kg weights plus two 0.5 kg weights give you up to 20 kg of graded resistance.
Both pulleys slide and lock anywhere along the 220 cm chromed bars without tools, so bilateral patterns, diagonals and lower-limb work (with the strap accessories) all set up in seconds. The 122 cm coated-steel frame fixes to the wall with the supplied fasteners.
