MotoLife Evo Arm & Leg Active-Passive Trainer

MotoLife Evo adds a second, independent motor driving an arm crank, so the one machine gives passive, assisted or active cycling for both the upper and lower limbs. The patient uses it from a chair or their own wheelchair.

The 7-inch touchscreen manages both drives, and the motor steps in automatically whenever the patient's own effort drops off. Resistance is adjustable, 2 to 20 N/m for the legs and 2 to 8 N/m for the arms. A 100 rpm Parkinson's speed is available on request, and the accessories run from grip wristbands to paediatric pedals. Class IIa.
