HealthTec's electric parallel bars take the slow part out of setting up for gait work. At the touch of a control the rails move from 600 to 1000 mm, so they meet a seated patient at wheelchair height and lift them up to standing, with each side rated to lift 200 kg.
Because the posts bolt straight to the floor, there are no cross-rails or feet to step over and the walkway stays completely clear. The powder-coated frame is rust-resistant and stands up to clinical disinfectant wipes, it runs on battery, and the bars come in 3, 4 and 6 metre lengths, with electric width adjustment on the 4 m and 6 m models.
