Home Wall Bars in Beech with Exercise Kit

This wall-bar set is sized and kitted for the home: a single 85 by 230 cm beech span with 12 cylindrical rungs, supplied with a backrest board, a folding exercise mat, wall fixings, a 37-exercise back-pain manual and an exercise DVD.

It takes the same stretching, postural and mobility work as the clinic models, including preventive back-pain routines, up to a 125 kg working load. The shorter height fits a normal domestic ceiling.
